Staying at the blue sage resort was a memory I’ll never forget. It was the best of both luxury, and nature! The owner, Dell Timpson, was such a nice and accommodating person. His children were there working and were all so helpful and kind. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a great trail ride with Blue Sage adventures on the last day of our Utah trip. Del was a great host and guide. We were able to ride up to a few petroglyphs. Was a great adventure and two hours was perfect for the kids.

We were only able to stay for one night, but we had a lovely stay in a clean, comfortable room, and a homey breakfast the next morning. I'm looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

This was an incredible experience with some awesome people. Unlike many other places, these horses are healthy and clearly very well cared for. This is an authentic riding experience and is MUCH better and more personal than others (I also rode with Canyon Rides this trip). Scheduling was flexible and making arrangements was super easy. This is not your typical “nose to tail” trail ride with a ton of people on highly trafficked trails. I am an experienced rider and went with a friend that has never been on a horse before. We were matched with appropriate horses (King and Max) and both had a great time. We were able to ride according to our skill level which made it exciting for both of us. We rode through gorgeous mountains and along water and saw a variety of wildlife (including a tarantula!!). Dell is simply a wonderful horseman and he is an excellent guide, riding with him was one of the highlights of our trip. This is hands down a way better and more personalized experience than you will get anywhere else, I cannot recommend enough.

Gorgeous horses and the friendliest people, the ride was long enough that you got a great feel for the area and the horse, but not so long that you get saddle sore. My fiance and I had an absolute blast! Beautiful area! Super funny guide, we had JR and he kept us laughing and smiling the whole dang time. Plan to come back more and more. Thanks y'all, it was amazing!!

We chose to go on a horse ride earlier in the morning to beat the heat, which turned out to be one of our best ideas yet!;) There's nothing like riding on horseback though the mountains while breathing fresh morning air and watching the sunrise. Our tour guide was very efficient and went out of his way to make sure we had the very best adventure. These guys are definitely 5 star! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone and can't wait to come back!! Thanks Jr!
